The police in their statement described that the students who attended the party where underaged students of age 20 and only 20 students attended the party.
In sector 94 this rave party was held in the supernova society’s apartment. The police also added they where to that place because of the residents confrontation with the students, while they misbehaved with the residents. The empty bottle was thrown from the balcony which lead to confrontation. The residents who contacted the police said that the students misbehaved with them during the conversation.
The party was the paid affair with the fixed rate for entry. The news of this rave party was on the WhatsApp “The house party is going on guys which is the total blast. join us at crib around 6pm and lets together make some memories tonight.” The message was read but some on them and female was asked to pay ₹500 and men for ₹1000. And for the Couples they charged around ₹800 this also was circulated message in WhatsApp.
The police had registered the complaint against 35 of them and including the organizers. The 35 of them including the 4 others have been taken in the custody by the police the reports said.
The empty and alochoal bottles where found from the flat in Noida and the case was registered by the 126 sector ploice who reached the supernova socitey apartement following the commotion between two groups.
